Drew Barrymore is officially reuniting with Adam Sandler for an untitled comedy at Warner Bros. that Frank Coraci is directing.

The story centers on a man and a woman who go on a disastrous blind date and become stuck at a family resort with their children from previous marriages. We reported in February that Adam Sandler wanted to re-team with Drew Barrymore for this project, but her involvement hasn't been confirmed until now. They both previously starred together in the 1998 comedy The Wedding Singer and 2004's 50 First Dates.

Director Frank Coraci is currently rewriting the script originally written by Ivan Menchell and Clare Sera. Adam Sandler is producing through his Happy Madison company, along with Mike Karz for Gulfstream Pictures. Production is scheduled to begin this May.
