In a story from The Hollywood Reporter, Ed Solomon has been given the job of writing The Hardy Men.

Currently, Ben Stiller and Tom Cruise are attached to star. Shawn Levy will be handling directing duties.

The original Hardy Boys stories followed Frank and Joe Hardy. These two teenagers were "amateur detectives who often helped their father" solve crimes.

This new version would look at the brothers as they have grown up and now have to solve a new mystery.
