Eddie Redmayne has boarded the Derick Martini-directed indie Hick, starring opposite Blake Lively and Chloe Moretz.
According to Variety, the film focuses on a 13-year-old (Chloe Moretz) from Nebraska who gets more than she bargained for when she leaves for Las Vegas.
Blake Lively will play a grifter who meets Chloe Moretz's character on the road and takes the girl under her wing. Eddie Redmayne would play another loner who tries luring Chloe Moretz away and also shares a past with Blake Lively.
Andrea Portes is adapting from the novel she wrote.
