Eli Roth has signed on to direct the horror-thriller Knock Knock, reuniting with his Aftershock and The Green Inferno co-writers Nicolás López and Guillermo Amoedo.

The story centers on two girls who unexpectedly arrive at the home of a married man to seduce him, which causes his perfect life to unravel. No cast members are attached at this time, but production is already scheduled to begin this April on a budget of less than $10 million.

The original screenplay was co-written by Eli Roth, Nicolás López and Guillermo Amoedo, with the director also producing alongside Colleen Camp, a veteran actress who can currently be seen in the Oscar-nominated drama American Hustle.

Eli Roth's The Green Inferno is currently slated for theatrical release on September 5, after making the rounds on the festival circuit last year. The thriller was his first directorial project since 2007's Hostel: Part II. He has also starred in recent movies such as Rock of Ages and The Man with the Iron Fists, and served as an executive producer on Netflix's horror series Hemlock Grove.
