We reported back in June that actors Jennifer Lawrence and Max Thieriot will be starring in Mark Tonderai's upcoming horror film and now they've just added a third cast member. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Elisabeth Shue has joined the cast of House at the End of the Street.

The actress will play the mother of Jennifer Lawrence's character, who both move into a new house and discover that their new house is across from a house where a double murder took place, and Lawrence's character becomes friends with the young son who survived the ordeal (Max Thieriot).

Mark Tonderai is directing the film off a script by David Loucka, which was based off a story written by Jonathan Mostow, who is also producing the film with Aaron Ryder, Peter Block, Hal Lieberman and Tim Williams.

Production is scheduled to begin this August in Ottawa.
