In a story from Variety, it seems that Twentieth Century Fox is talking with Emily Blunt and Jason Segel to join Gulliver's Travels.

Jack Black is currently attached to the film to be directed by Rob Letterman. The original book was written by Jonathan Swift.

The film will shoot in the U.K. in March.

The story follows Lemuel Gulliver (Black), as a writer who sets out to cover the Bermuda Triangle "and washes up on the island of Lilliput, where he's a giant among the tiny population."

Should the negotiations work out, Blunt will play the role of a Lilliputian princess. Segel would be Horatio, Gulliver's best friend from Lilliput.
