It's been almost a month since season 3 of Emily in Paris dropped on Netflix. The hit love triangle show has somehow remained popular despite negative reviews from critics. Perhaps it's the easy-to-follow storyline and the lovable characters, or maybe it's the unique fashion.

Over the three seasons, Emily in Paris' fashion has gone from something anyone would wear to something you would find Carrie Bradshaw from Sex and the City wearing. When Emily first arrived in Paris, she was in a simple flannel, but by the end of the most recent season, she had fully embraced Parisian vintage fashion. While season 3 may not have had Emily's best looks, her fellow castmates stepped up their style game to even out Emily's bold choices. Here our the best season 3 fashion moments, ranked.

8 Polka Dots and Cut-Outs

Emily's simple blue polka dot and cut-out dress is one of the most accessible looks to replicate at home as it is something you could find at your local mall. While visiting Provence for a work event, Emily keeps her look classy and light, something that bodes well with the serene landscape of the event. While this is one of Emily's simplest looks, she does spice it up with a woven basket purse fashioned with a ribbon and cute sunglasses.

7 Gingham Swimsuit

Season 3 gives us a moment of Emily in swim attire. While ever the multi-tasker, Emily flaunts her petite figure with a gingham print swimsuit paired with a silk robe, and manages to promote work and her friend Mindy's singing ability all while looking like she is straight out of a 50s film. From head to toe, and despite being at a pool, Emily exudes fashion by being able to look adorable in any era of clothing.

6 Work Attire Meets Bubble Sleeves

Most of Emily's iconic season 3 fashion moments come from the unique outfits that she wears to work. One of the simplest, yet fashion-forward, outfits comes in the form of a matching set by ROTATE Birger Christensen, complete with bubble sleeves. In fact, big sleeves seem to be a reoccurring theme for Emily in season 3, and she is often in statement pieces that include shoulder pads, bubble sleeves, or winged zebra-print sleeves.

5 Mindy’s Sexy Neon Onepiece

Emily isn't the only one who ups their fashion game in season 3. Mindy, played by Ashley Park, aka Emily's best friend, upgrades her fashion choices from less girly to sexier pieces. From a full-on dominatrix leather look to tight form fitting pieces, Mindy uses her fashion to stand out and make a statement in a different way than Emily. While Emily is more quiet and subdued, Mindy's take no crap attitude translates to her fashion this season.

4 Pink Dress of Nightmares

In episode one of the season 3, Emily's first on-screen appearance is atop the Eiffel Tower. She is in a pink feathery dress and is approached by Sylvie and Madeline, who literally push her over the edge of the tower while trying to get her to choose between the two agencies. Later on in the episode, Emily puts on the same dress in real time and finds herself experiencing deja-vu. The dress turns into a nightmare for Emily when it seems Alfie is dumping her, while wearing the dress, for her inability to choose him over her jobs.

3 Sylvie and Madeline's Matching Dress

Sylvie is arguably the best, and most consistent, dressed character in the series. Her fashion sense leans towards outfits that show off the woman's beautiful figure. While attending a gala, Sylvie looks amazing, as usual, in a deep V-neck black floor-length dress. It's a perfect dress until it becomes a couture nightmare when her foe, Madeline, shows up in the same outfit and brags that it's "rented." Even though Madeline admits Sylvie wore it better, both in the show and in real life by actress Kate Walsh, it's the icing on the cake for an all-around terrible day.

2 High/Low Florals

In what ends up being the most dramatic episode of the season 3, Emily is arguably in one of her best looks in the whole series. For Gabriel and Camille's engagement party, Emily sports a simple high/low floral pattern dress. It's a simple, delicate look that is the perfect engagement party dress, and one that many viewers say they would wear themselves. From her simple hairstyle to matching with Alfie, the whole outfit is sophisticated, yet true to Emily's preferred fashion tastes.

1 Literally Any of Alfie's Suits

For this writer, anyone who can pull off a suit is worthy of being called a fashion icon. Maybe it's the way Alfie carries himself in a suit (professional, yet fun with a few buttons undone) that has worked well enough to capture the hearts of many. Whatever the reason, Emily in Paris fans can certainly agree that if Alfie does return for the fourth season, we hope to see him in some new suits.
