Emma Watson is teaming up again with The Perks of Being a Wallflower director Stephen Chbosky for While We're Young.

The story centers on a lively 75-year-old grandmother who connects more with her 29-year-old granddaughter than she does with her 55-year-old daughter. She is magically granted a birthday wish that makes her 29 years old for just one day, which she uses to go on an adventure with her granddaughter.

Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber (The Spectacular Now) are writing the screenplay, which is adapted from the Adena Halpern novel 29, which was published in 2010. John Davis (Chronicle) is producing through his Davis Entertainment company. No production schedule was given.

Emma Watson most recently starred in Sofia Coppola's The Bling Ring, along with a scene-stealing cameo in the summer comedy This Is the End. She will next be seen in Darren Aronofsky's Biblical epic Noah.
