Contrary to what Nic Cage has recently said about plans for Ghost Rider 2, his co-star, Eva Mendes is more unsure about making another film in the franchise. "I don't know about a sequel, but I don't think it needs one," Mendes told MTV. "No, I think Ghost Rider had its moment."

Now, it's certainly possible that the talks Cage has had with the studio are still so nebulous that Mendes hasn't been contacted yet. It's equally possible that they simply don't plan on bringing her character back into the film - after all, at the end of the movie, Cage's Johnny Blaze rides off away from her.

Still, would Mendes be willing to do a sequel, if she was asked? Well, the actress is uncertain, but isn't closing any doors either. "I think it was a great experience, and I was so proud of it. It was fun...but I think it's done," Mendes said. "But look, hey, if it's Nicolas Cage again - I'll do anything with him."
