A24's sci-fi thriller Ex Machina has already been playing in a handful of theaters over the past few weeks, but as the studio prepares for its nationwide expansion on April 24, the final trailer has been released. Not only do fans get brand new footage, but this trailer offers insights from some of today's most brilliant minds, such as Elon Musk, Stephen Hawking, Bill Gates and Google co-founder Larry Page, who offer their thoughts about what the creation of artificial intelligence (A.I.) could mean for humanity. This trailer also offers a unique insight into how the A.I. in this movie is created by using data from internet search engines.

Alex Garland, writer of 28 Days Later and Sunshine, makes his directorial debut with the stylish and cerebral thriller, Ex Machina. Caleb Smith (Domhnall Gleeson), a programmer at an internet-search giant, wins a competition to spend a week at the private mountain estate of the company's brilliant and reclusive CEO, Nathan Bateman (Oscar Isaac). Upon his arrival, Caleb learns that Nathan has chosen him to be the human component in a Turing Test-charging him with evaluating the capabilities, and ultimately the consciousness, of Nathan's latest experiment in artificial intelligence.
