The found footage genre has had its ups and downs since The Blair Witch Project became a national phenomena back in 1999. While most of these films are planted within the horror world, 20th Century Fox's Chronicle throws the whole genre for a loop by putting a supernatural spin on things. The story centers on three Seattle teenagers (Alex Russell, Dane DeHaan, and Michael B. Jordan), who make an incredible discovery outside a party, and emerge with amazing new abilites. I was able to speak with Alex Russell, Dane DeHaan, Michael B. Jordan, and director Josh Trank about Chronicle, which debuts in theaters nationwide February 3.
