Actress Sarah Polley began her career at an early age with her role in the Terry Gilliam film The Adventures of Baron Munchausen but it was her role in '1997s The Sweet Hereafter that made her an established actress. After collaborating with directors like Doug Liman, David Cronenberg and Zack Snyder on films such as Go, eXistenZ and Dawn Of The Dead, respectively, the actress decided to take a break from acting to make her directorial debut with the critically acclaimed film, Away From Her starring Julie Christie. Polley has recently returned to acting and has a new science fiction thriller called Splice, opening on June 4th and co-starring Adrien Brody. While the movie doesn't even open until early next month, due to early interest from fans, it has already sparked rumors of a sequel.

We recently had a chance to speak with Sarah Polley and asked the actress if she thought that a sequel was possible, and if so, had anyone approached her yet about returning for the film? "Yeah I guess so?" the actress first responded. "Nobody's ever talked to me about a sequel yet so I have no idea?" We finished by asking the actress if she would be open to returning for a sequel if one were to take place? "I'm not sure? I'm pretty busy in the next year and a half doing my own films so I'd have to see," answered Polley.
