While The Expendables 4 has not officially been given the green light by Lionsgate at this time, franchise star Sylvester Stallone revealed back in March that the sequel will be an R-rated action-thriller. No cast members have been confirmed yet, though Sylvester Stallone will surely be back as Barney Ross if this sequel comes together. Today we have news of another possible casting addition, pro wrestling legend Hulk Hogan. During a Q&A session at the Body Power Expo in Birmingham, England, Hulk Hogan teased that he has been talking with Sylvester Stallone about making him the villain in The Expendables 4, where he would be "the most evil man in the world."
"We're trying to figure out a way to maybe turn me into the most evil man in the world. Y'know, Stallone gave me my first break and he's been a great friend. We had a great conversation, talking about the possibilities. Can I still run, can I still jump? Well, not as fast or not as high, but I think Hollywood could find a good stunt man to help me out."
The "first break" Hulk Hogan is referring to is his feature film debut in 1982's Rocky III, where he played pro wrestler Thunderlips, who goes toe-to-toe with Sylvester Stallone's Rocky Balboa at a charity event. He hasn't appeared in a live action movie since 1999's Muppets from Space, but he did voice a role in 2011's Gnomeo and Juliet and appears as himself in the upcoming Killing Hasselhoff.
