You know how you walk into Target and they already have all their Christmas stuff up, even though it's not even Halloween yet? That's what this current barrage of Fantastic Four: Rise of The Silver Surfer advertising feels like. We haven't even gotten a chance to see Spider-Man 3 yet, and we're already being forced to get excited about the Silver Surfer.

First there were all those viral adverts featuring a chubby Silver Surfer wandering around Venice Beach, now we get a grip-load of beautiful international 1-sheets to gawk over until FF2's June 15th release date.

There's the menacing Ben Grimm, an elasticated Mr. Fantastic, a sexy looking Invisible Woman, and the ever-hot Johnny Storm. New to this batch of blue-suited heroes is the rearview mirror-like Silver Surfer, making his much anticipated leap from the comic page to the big screen.

The Fantastic Four are Marvel's first family of superheroes. This summer they encounter their greatest challenge yet in Fantastic Four: Rise of The Silver Surfer. Seems the enigmatic, intergalactic herald, The Silver Surfer, has come to Earth to prepare it for destruction (kind of like Mos Def in The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy). As this Intergalactic hooligan races around the globe wreaking havoc, Reed, Sue, Johnny and Ben must unravel the mystery of The Silver Surfer and confront the surprising return of their mortal enemy, Dr. Doom, before all hope is lost.

See it when it's released on Friday June 15th, 2007. Before Galactus eats the planet!
