Oscar fever was in the air last week but so was a love for animation.

In a story from The Hollywood Reporter, it seems that Flushed Away took the No. 1 spot on Nielsen VideoScan's First Alert chart last week.

Coming in second was The Prestige, while Best Picture nominee Babel placed fourth and the comedy Man of the Year came in in the fifth spot.

As further evidence of how large the Oscars loomed, Little Miss Sunshine (another candidate for Best Picture) rose from the No. 14 sales slot to No. 10

Things were a bit different on Home Media Magazine's DVD rental chart. Babel was tops in rentals, while Best Picture nominee (and eventual winner) The Departed came in second, The Prestige placed third and Man of the Year came in fourth.
