For those who don't know, Twitter is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that allows its users to send and read other users' updates (otherwise known as tweets), which are text-based posts of up to 140 characters in length.

What MovieWeb likes about Twitter is the fact that, if you have an account, Twitter can automatically send updates "as they happen" on MovieWeb, to your cell phone and other electronic devices.
