How to Steal a Million: According to Variety, Fox 2000 is ramping up a remake of How to Steal a Million, with David McKenna adapting the screenplay.

Twentieth Century Fox produced the 1966 pic, which starred Audrey Hepburn and Peter O'Toole.

Directed by William Wyler, the original was the tale of a renowned art collector and covert forger who has loaned a famous (and phony) statue to a Paris museum. To protect her father, before tests can be performed on the statue, his chic daughter plots to steal the statue with the help of an amateur thief -- who also happens to be an undercover inspector.
