It's been a good year for Fox International - a real good year. The studio makes it two years in a row as the first to reach $1 billion in worldwide sales hitting the mark last Friday (June 9).

Thanks to $440 million from Ice Age: The Meltdown and X-Men: The Last Stand taking in $160 million in just two weeks, 20th Century Fox International topped its previous year hitting $1 billion dollars a month earlier than last year, notes The Hollywood Reporter.

This year marks the sixth time that Fox International has crossed the $1 billion amount.
