Fox is bringing a whole new spin to the reality competition genre that makes it even more real. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Fox has ordered a new reality series entitled Someone's Gotta Go, which will focus on real employees of a real company being fired.

The show, which was described as the anti-The Apprentice, will feature employees of a real but as-of-yet-undetermined company, who are called into a meeting and told there will be layoffs. The big twist is, though, that the staff themselves will choose who is fired.

It was said that the employees will have access to information like salaries and HR files to make the decision. The host will be a business expert, who has also not been named and it was unclear when the series would move into production or when it would air.
