Fox has given a pilot order to the animated, outdoor-themed Brickleberry, from Athens, Ga.-based comedians Waco O'Guin and Roger Black.

According to Variety, O'Guin and Black first broke into the biz as college students, when MTV picked up their sketch show Stankervision.

Brickleberry revolves around a group of forest rangers at a declining park that's about to be shut down. Enter a new ranger, voiced by Dave Herman, who's brought in to shape the place up.

Also attached to the project is Simpsons alum Eric Kaplan, more recently of The Big Bang Theory.

"My wife's dad was a park ranger, which gave us the idea for the show initially," O'Guin said. "It started off live action, but when we began writing, we realized it would work better in animation."

Besides Herman, other voice actors appearing in the presentation include Tom Kenny (Spongebob SquarePants) and Carlos Alazraqui (Reno 911).
