Elegance: According to Variety, Twentieth Century Fox and Scott Free have optioned the Kathleen Tessaro novel "Elegance" and set Christopher Monger to adapt the tale of a bored woman who reinvents herself.

The protagonist is a portly woman living in England with her actor husband, who never seems up to a performance in the bedroom. She sets out to change her life when she discovers "Elegance," a 40-year-old style manual that helps her transform her appearance, giving her confidence to address her dying marriage.

Monger scripted "The Englishman Who Went Up a Hill but Came Down a Mountain."
