The ACE Eddie Awards for excellence in film editing were held this past weekend in Los Angeles, and a few new details about some upcoming projects were revealed. Chris Lebenzon, Tim Burton's editor on Frankenweenie and Dark Shadows, talked a bit about both upcoming projects. Here's what he had to say about Frankenweenie.

"It is a very sensitive movie, it speaks to a lot of our childhood fantasies. The theme is the same -- the boy brings his dog back to life. In this one he gets the idea from a certain place, he has a lot of friends who do the same thing, they're in a big contest. I think it has grown to be more of a feature world."

Frankenweenie is currently being shot in London. Chris Lebenzon also talked about Dark Shadows, which will begin production in May. Here's what he had to say about this adaptation of the 1960s soap opera.

"They got it right. It's a relationship movie. It's a lot of interaction of characters, from past and present."
