The Toons are coming to iTunes.

In a story from Home Media Magazine, they report that FUNimation, "a leader in kid's anime, has released a slate of shows to Apple's iTunes store."

Costing $1.99 an episode some of the content they have made available is Desert PunkSpeed Grapher and Akira Kurosawa's Samurai 7.

"Bringing this compelling content to iTunes is the first step in Navarre's new digital distribution initiative," said CEO of Navarre Corporation, Cary Deacon.

This deal "marks the debut of anime content on iTunes," states FUNimation President and CEO, Gen Fukunaga.
