Producer Gareth Unwin and writer David Seidler, who collaborated on this November's Tom Hooper drama The King's Speech, are set to work together once again on the upcoming biopic The Lady Who Went Too Far.

David Seidler will be adapting Kirsten Ellis's biography of Lady Hester Stanhope entitled "Star of the Morning" for the drama, which centers on the life and times of the famous world traveler. Set during the Napoleonic Wars, the tale will contain elements of a political thriller as Stanhope traverses through Europe and the Middle East in search of herself.

David Seidler recently talked with The Hollywood Reporter about the project, and stated about the woman he will be chronicling, "She was a female Lawrence of Arabia, a hundred years before Lawrence. She came to exactly the same conclusion that Lawrence did, that we had no place in the Middle East and should keep away politically."
