IGN has just debuted a brand new red band trailer for the upcoming zombie film George A. Romero's Survival of the Dead, which will be released in video-on-demand on April 30 and will hit theaters everywhere on May 28.

George A. Romero's Survival of the Dead stars Devon Bostick, Julian Richings, Athena Karkanis, Kathleen Munroe, Richard Fitzpatrick, Alan Van Sprang, Kenneth Welsh, Joris Jarsky, George Stroumboulopoulos, Wayne Robson and will be released on the video-on-demand platform on April 30 and will hit theaters nationwide on May 28.
