Following yesterday's report that Bridesmaids star Rebel Wilson has met with director Paul Feig for a role in the all-female Ghostbusters reboot, Jennifer Lawrence has also revealed that she met with the filmmaker. The actress said during an interview for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 that she had dinner with the filmmaker, but it isn't known if an official offer has been made to join the cast. Very little is known about the story, except that it will feature an all-female cast and that it won't be connected to the original Ghostbusters movies.

Jennifer Lawrence's revelation is just a small part of MTV UK's video compilation of several stars being asked who they want to see star in the new Ghostbusters reboot. Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig and Emma Stone are among the names mentioned by a bevy of actors. Bill Murray himself endorsed this line-up for the project back in September. Sandra Bullock, Amy Poehler, Tina Fey, Juno Temple are also mentioned as actresses whom this random assortment of celebrities want to see in the movie.

Naturally, it isn't known when casting will actually begin in earnest, since Rebel Wilson revealed yesterday that the script, which is being written by Katie Dippold (The Heat), is not completed yet. Also included in the video is Jennifer Lawrence realizing for the first time that they actually made Ghostbusters 2, which she apparently was never aware of, judging by her reaction.
