Ever since production started earlier this summer on Sony's highly-anticipated Ghostbusters reboot, we've seen a number of set photos featuring the main stars, Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon. We haven't seen any members of the supporting cast, though, until now, with Just Jared revealing our first look at Chris Hemsworth wearing a full Ghostbusters costume. When we first reported on his casting back in June, it was revealed that the actor will play the Ghostbusters' receptionist, but this photo seems to indicate that he's part of their team.

The photo features Chris Hemsworth riding on a motorcycle in a full Ghostbusters costume, the same one we saw Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon wearing in the official cast photo released last month. The motorcycle itself appears to be equipped with various Ghostbusters equipment as well, but the extent of his role as part of the team has not been officially revealed. This motorcycle was revealed as Ecto-2 in photos that emerged from the set last month.

Sony hasn't released any official plot details at this time, but there have been rumors that shed light on the story. The plot reportedly centers on Kristen Wiig and Melissa McCarthy's Erin Gilbert and Abby Yates, who, years ago, wrote a book that claimed ghosts are real. After being laughed out of her new job as a teacher at Columbia University, Erin teams up with Abby once again, and her new ghost-hunting partner Jillian Holtzman (Kate McKinnon), just as New York is invaded by ghosts. Patty Tolan, played by Leslie Jones, is the final member of the team, who reportedly encounters the main ghost in the film.

Paul Feig is directing the reboot from a script he co-wrote with Katie Dippold. Original Ghostbusters director Ivan Reitman is producing, with Dan Aykroyd serving as an executive producer. The actor/executive producer will also have a cameo appearance as a New York City taxi driver, who tells Erin Gilbert, "I ain't afraid of no ghosts." Bill Murray has also been confirmed for a cameo appearance, reportedly playing a professional "ghost debunker" who tries to prove that ghosts aren't real.

While we wait for confirmation on the plot details, check out the latest photos from the Ghostbusters set, featuring Chris Hemsworth. What do you think about his new look with the official costume? Chime in with your thoughts, and stay tuned for more as Ghostbusters continues shooting in Boston.
