Production is currently under way on Season 2 of Gotham, with the first photos emerging from the set, via Just Jared and actor Cameron Monaghan himself, who gives us our first look at his new Joker costume. We also have our first look at a bloodied Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and Barbara Kean (Erin Richards), along with more photos of Cameron Monaghan's Joker in action. The actor appears to be wearing some sort of straight jacket, so it's possible that he may have somehow escaped from Arkham Asylum.

We reported last month that Jessica Lucas signed on to play Tabitha Galivan, a.k.a. Tigress in Season 2, with James Frain set to portray her brother, Theo Galivan, a billionaire trying to seize control of Gotham City. Theo is harboring a "centuries old vendetta," with both Theo and Tabitha set to be this season's main villains. Season 1 stars Morena Baccarin, Nicholas D'Agosto (Harvey Dent) and Chris Chalk (Lucius Fox) have also been promoted to series regulars in Gotham Season 2.
