It has long been rumored that Stephen Amell's Oliver Queen will no longer go by the crime-fighting moniker Arrow when Season 4 debuts next month, with the actor revealing in May that "Arrow is done," and that he has worn the costume for the last time. The actor showed up at Comic-Con this summer showing off a brand new costume, prompting rumors that he may start calling himself Green Arrow, like the comic books the show is based on. Today, Television Promos has released a new trailer for the Philippines TV network Jack TV, which features new Arrow footage that shows Oliver Queen stating "I have become the Green Arrow."

After defeating his most formidable foe to date and riding off into the sunset with longtime flame Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards), Oliver Queen (a.k.a. The Arrow) left Starling City with the hopes of beginning a new life. But will Oliver ever truly be able to leave behind his past as the Arrow, and, if so, what becomes of the team he has worked so hard to assemble? Will Diggle (David Ramsey), Thea (Willa Holland), and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) be left to continue Oliver's crusade without him? And with Malcolm Merlyn having ascended to the top of the League of Assassins as the new Ra's al Ghul, is anyone really safe?

We saw in a trailer released earlier this month that Diggle, Thea and Laurel track down Oliver and ask him to come back to his hometown, which has now been renamed Star City to honor Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh), who is still thought to be dead. We know the actor is already set to return in the midseason series DC's Legends of Tomorrow, but it isn't known when he will surface again on Arrow quite yet. Green Arrow isn't the only one to get a new costume, though with Diggle suiting up in a new costume as he tries to clean up the Star City streets with Thea and Laurel.

New characters slated to debut in Season 4 include Neal McDonough as Damien Darhk, Alexander Calvert as Anarky, Echo Kellum as superhero Mister Terrific and Jimmy Akingbola as the villainous Baron Blitzkrieg. Caity Lotz, whose character Black Canary was killed in the Season 3 premiere, will also make her return in a Season 4 episode of Arrow, where she will be reportedly brought back to life through the Lazarus Pit and resurrected as White Canary. There is speculation that this will happen in the same episode that Matt Ryan will guest star as John Constantine, since his character has expert knowledge of the Lazarus Pit.

This international trailer also features footage from The CW's The Flash, NBC's Heroes Reborn and CBS' Supergirl, since they are all a part of the Jack TV lineup in the Philippines. With just over one week left until Arrow returns, hopefully we'll learn more about why Oliver has decided to become the Green Arrow in Season 4. Do you have any theories about why he's turning into Green Arrow? Let us know what you think after checking out this international trailer.
