Greg Kinnear, Alan Arkin and Billy Crudup have boarded the Jill Sprecher-directed crime drama The Convincer, written by Jill Sprecher and Karen Sprecher.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film centers on a desperate insurance salesman who gets his hands on a rare violin.

Filming begins Monday around the Twin Cities, Minn.
