With the first trailer for Guardians of the Galaxy just around the corner, anticipation for this Marvel Phase Two sequel is higher than ever. To capitalize on the buzz, Hasbro has unveiled a 8x10-inch poster showcasing their Guardians of the Galaxy action figures, which will be a part of the Marvel Legends Infinite series. The poster is an homage to the first official image of Peter Quill (Chris Pratt), Drax the Destroyer (Dave Bautista), Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Rocket Raccoon (voiced by Bradley Cooper) and Groot (voiced by Vin Diesel) that debute at Comic-Con 2013. This rare collector's item will only be handed out to invited guests at Hasbro's American International Toy Fair presentation in New York City this weekend (sorry, its not available to the general public). These six-inch action figures will be available for purchase in July, with a retail price of $19.99 each. Groot is actually a "Build-A-Figure", whose various pieces come packaged with the others in the line-up, allowing fans to build their own version of this tree-like alien. In addition, two more characters will be unveiled during the Toy Fair this weekend, so stay tuned for an update soon.
