Marvel Studios is rolling out new character posters for their Phase Two adventure Guardians of the Galaxy all this week. Following Groot and Rocket Raccoon's poster yesterday, Gamora (Zoe Saldana) is put on display in today's one-sheet. Gamora is considered to be the deadliest woman in the galaxy, a highly-trained assassin who has ties to the villainous Thanos. This relationship complicates matters when she joins forces with Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Drax the Destroyer (Dave Bautista), Groot (Vin Diesel) and Rocket Raccoon (Bradley Cooper) as they try to stop a nefarious threat from destroying the universe. If you couldn't already tell in the previous trailers and TV spots, Gamora is exceedingly dangerous, so don't be fooled by that deceptive smile. Check back tomorrow to see the next one-sheet before writer-director James Gunn's comic book adaptation hits theaters August 1.
