Despite playing second fiddle to a couple of gay fireman in the states, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix managed to rake in $100.8 million overseas this weekend, making it the top grosser. According to Varity, That makes it only the third film in history to top $100 million in its second weekend. The film played on 13,000 screens in more than 55 markets.

All together, the film has earned an impressive $351.3 million internationally. That makes it the 32 highest grossing film in overseas history. It ranks at number 40 worldwide, with a global sum of $558 million.

The film was most popular in Japan, where it took in $18.6 million. It also made an impressive debut in Russia, where it took in $7 million. Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix faces serious competition next week, when The Simpsons Movie opens worldwide.
