The Search for Michael Rockefeller: According to Variety, Helmer Fraser Heston has acquired rights to the late Milt Machlin's 1972 tome "The Search for Michael Rockefeller."

The book recounts the true story of the disappearance of 23-year-old Rockefeller, son of then-New York Gov. Nelson Rockefeller, in the jungles of New Guinea in 1961 and the search for him seven years later.

Filming will take place primarily in Fiji and Australia on an independently financed budget. No cast has been announced.
