School is in on DVD as High School Musical took the number one spot on the sales charts last week.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, High School Musical took the number one position on VideoScan's First Alert DVD sales chart selling 1.2 million copies.

The TV movie beat out Cheaper by the Dozen 2 which debuted at No. 2. Johnny Knoxville's Special Olympics comedy The Ringer took the No. 3 spot.

On the rental charts Cheaper by the Dozen 2 was No. 1 while The Ringer landed in the No. 2 position.
