You won't know what hit you after coming into contact with a mysterious bald assassin in the new TV spot for 20th Century Fox's Hitman: Agent 47, arriving in theaters August 21. Rupert Friend stars as the title character, who is seen being questioned by Dan Bakkedahl's character, although he can't even give him his full name, only the number 47. We also get a brief glimpse at Zachary Quinto's character John Smith, along with more explosive action, including a scene where a helicopter crashes into a once-pristine office.

Hitman: Agent 47 centers on an elite assassin who was genetically engineered from conception to be the perfect killing machine, and is known only by the last two digits on the barcode tattooed on the back of his neck. He is the culmination of decades of research - and forty-six earlier Agent clones -- endowing him with unprecedented strength, speed, stamina and intelligence. His latest target is a mega-corporation that plans to unlock the secret of Agent 47's past to create an army of killers whose powers surpass even his own. Teaming up with a young woman who may hold the secret to overcoming their powerful and clandestine enemies, 47 confronts stunning revelations about his own origins and squares off in an epic battle with his deadliest foe.

Rupert Friend, Zachary Quinto and Dan Bakkedahl are joined by Ciarán Hinds, Thomas Kretschmann, Hannah Ware, Emilio Rivera and Rolf Kanies in this upcoming action-thriller, arriving in theaters August 21. Aleksander Bach directs from a script by Michael Finch and Skip Woods, based on the popular video game series of the same name from Eidos Interactive.
