There are a couple of new villains in town. Meet Nick, Dale and Kurt's latest kidnapping victim, played by Star Trek star Chris Pine and his on-screen father, portrayed by Christoph Waltz. In this follow-up to 2011's Horrible Bosses, Nick (Jason Bateman), Dale (Charlie Day) and Kurt (Jason Sudeikis) attempt to start their own business, thus becoming their own horrible bosses. But when a rich investor steps in with as few outlandish ideas, ready to take control of their tiny empire, the guys decide they have no choice but to seek out the help of Mother F*cker Jones once again. Fed up with answering to higher-ups, Nick, Dale and Kurt decide to become their own bosses by launching their own business. But a slick investor soon pulls the rug out from under them. Outplayed and desperate, and with no legal recourse, the three would-be entrepreneurs hatch a misguided plan to kidnap the investor's adult son and ransom him to regain control of their company.
