How I Met Your Mother (2005-2014) may not, for some, be as canonized as other hit American sitcoms, like The Big Bang Theory and Friends, that had a high global impact. It is, however, one of those critically acclaimed entertainment pieces that occupy a sweet spot in the heart of its followers for portraying the life cycle of human relationships in its purest form. Though the CBS series had its ups and downs while on air — mainly due to its controversial finale — How I Met Your Mother still manages to strike chords with its audience on many levels. Tunning the course of nine seasons, precisely 208 episodes, the show finds Ted Mosby (Josh Radnor) describing his journey of finding the woman he loved to his children, Luke and Penny Mosby. To keep the fun and the laughter rolling, many characters, in addition to the core group that includes Barney Stinson, Robin Scherbatsky, Lily Aldrin, and Marshall Eriksen, are introduced, detailing Ted the gang's ups-and-downs through their romantic, personal, and profesional lives.

The immeasurable love that out-poured on How I Met Your Mother led to the production of a spin-off series, How I Met Your Father, starring Hillary Duff in the lead role. Per Collider, due to the popularity of the spin-off's first season on Hulu, it was renewed for a second season. Of course, the bigger question is: where is the cast of How I Met Your Mother today? Here is the rundown of what they have been up to since the show wrapped.
