CBS' hit sitcom How I Met Your Mother has been performing so well in the 8 pm Monday night slot that the network has renewed the series for two more years. The show, which debuted in 2005 with a strong supporting cast that includes Alyson Hannigan, Neil Patrick Harris, Jason Segel, Cobie Smulders, and Josh Radnor, has developed a very loyal following over the years, drawing nearly 9.1 million viewers an episode.
