IFC Films picked up the rights to the dark comedy, You Kill Me.

The John Dahl film stars Ben Kingsley, Tea Leoni and Luke Wilson, and centers on an alcoholic hit man (Kingsley) who heads to California to take a break from his bad habits. He lands a job at a mortuary, says The Hollywood Reporter, where he meets and becomes romantically involved with the wild stepdaughter (Leoni) of a corpse he's embalming. After making a friend (Wilson) at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, the one-time hit man soon finds himself caught up in his old profession.

You Kill Me is scheduled for a summer 2007 release.
