Image Entertainment has finally managed to buy the theatrical rights to Odd Lot Entertainment's Suburban Girl and Undead or Alive. According to Variety, the company has been trying to acquire these films for years.

The western comedy Undead or Alive stars James Denton as a Union Soldier who hooks up with a heartbroken cowboy played by SNL's Chris Kattan. The pair decided to rob a local sheriff, only to find themselves fighting of an army of the undead. The film was written by South Park's Glasgow Phillips.

Suburban Girl is a romantic comedy based on two short stories from Melissa Bank's 1999 novel The Girls' Guide to Hunting and Fishing. Gellar plays an ambitious editor in the film. Her character is seduced by a powerful publisher played by Alec Baldwin.

Undead or Alive will go direct-to-DVD this December. Suburban Girl will make its theatrical debut sometime in early 2008.
