Warner Brothers is bringing Jack Black and Todd Phillips together for the first time, ever. According to Variety, the comedic duo will team for Man-Witch.
The film revolves around a schoolteacher who discovers that he has witch-like powers. He is taken in by a local coven, and they persuade him to go to witch school. The surprise comes when he learns that he is the only male student in the class. Jack Black will star, with Phillips directing.
Jay Reiss will be writing the screenplay. The plot is based on a pitch that Josh Stolberg and Bob Florsheim sold to Warner Brothers last year. Neal Moritz and Phillips are producing the project.
There is no start date as of yet.
