It seems two high-profile projects are moving towards production start dates this July. Production Weekly recently posted on its Twitter feed that Bryan Singer's Jack the Giant Killer and Rupert Wyatt's Planet of the Apes: Caesar have both opened production offices and will start shooting this July.

Jack the Giant Killer, which is the film that caused Singer to drop out of directing X-Men: First Class, will be filming in London and Iceland.

Planet of the Apes: Caesar has opened its offices in Mammoth Studios in Burnaby, British Columbia and will start filming in the middle of July.
