It has been reveled by Paddy Considine that Jackie Earle Haley is now set to play the masked vigilante Rorschach in the film adaptation of Watchmen.

Considine was originally set to play the character, back when Paul Greengrass was attached to direct. Now, it seems the former Bad News Bears actor has been hired for the role.

It all begins with the paranoid delusions of a half-insane hero called Rorschach. Watchmen is based on the 12-part DC Comics series written by Alan Moore and featuring art by Dave Gibbons. Zack Snyder is directing the film.
