James Franco, Kate Hudson and Omar Sy are confirmed for the upcoming Millinium Films thriller Good People.

The story follows an American couple that fall into deep debt while renovating a house in London. They discover 200,000 pounds hidden away in the downstairs apartment after their tenant passes away. The decision to take the money leads to very bad things happening to some very good people.

The screenplay is based on a novel by Marcus Sakey, with Kelly Masterson, Paul Grellong, and Christina Hodson contributing to the current draft.

Henrik Ruben Genz is directing what will be his second feature film after 2010's Terribly Happy. Shooting beings at the end of May in London.
