Richard Kelly has added James Marsden to the cast of his upcoming horror project The Box. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Cameron Diaz will also be appearing in the film.

Marsden and Diaz are set to play a married couple that is having a few problems with their relationship. They receive a box from a mysterious stranger that tells them, "Push the button on the box and receive a hefty amount of cash." The catch is, someone they don't know will die when the button is pushed.

The film is based on the Richard Matheson short story Button Button. The film does not have a set start date at this time.
