We reported last week that Matthew Vaughn was officially confirmed to direct X-Men: First Class and now it seems he's bringing along the co-writer of his last two films. Jonathan Ross, who is married to screenwriter Jane Goldman, revealed on his Twitter account that his wife was writing X-Men: First Class. Here are his tweets below:

"Also, for those who need to know, my wife IS currently writing X-Men: First Class. It's just referred to as X men 4 around the house.." RELATED: Black Widow Actor Claims to Be the First X-Men Mutant in the MCU

"I am afraid I better not answer any more queries re X-Men: First Class for fear of spoilers and also possible divorce. Thank you."

The news doesn't come as too big a surprise, since Goldman co-wrote both Stardust and Kick-Ass with Vaughn, the last two films he directed.
