Arrested Development creator Mitch Hurwitz is reuniting with CBS for an untitled comedy about a family that "loves too much," starring American Pie star Jason Biggs.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the hybrid project has received a put pilot commitment from the network and an order for six additional scripts. Sony Pictures TV is producing with CBS Paramount Network TV, which has a deal with Biggs.

The comedy revolves around adult siblings and their parents who are over-involved in one another's lives.

Hurwitz is co-writing the script with Arrested Development scribe James Vallely.
