Surveillance director Jennifer Chambers Lynch is returning to the horror genre, helming the movie Visibility, according to Variety.

Allan Loeb wrote the screenplay for this thriller, which is said to be in the same vein as The Sixth Sense and Primal Fear, specifically for Lynch. The story revolves around a detective who is helping an amnesia victim discover his true identity. During the detective's investigation, he discovers a bizarre connection between himself and the victim. Here's what Jennifer Chambers Lynch had to say about the script:

"Loeb's Visibility snuck up on me like a stranger at a party - a safe place, a new face. Mama warned me about scripts like this."

Motion Picture Corporation of America set up the project, which will start production in February.
