Jerry Lewis is lending his voice to the animated version of The Nutty Professor for The Weinstein Co and Mainframe Entertainment.

Bob and Harvey Weinstein bought the rights to produce an animated version of the classic 1963 live-action film, which will be distributed direct-to-video by Genius Products Inc. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Lewis will voice at least two characters in the movie that he starred in, wrote, directed and produced a series of films for Paramount in the 1960's; the comic legend also owned the rights to the films as well.

There's no production schedule yet for the animated version of The Nutty Professor.
